Making wine in Kos has its time of ascension and declension. In 1990 our family moved by its love for wine and tradition of our beloved island, we started to try to rebirth viniculture. Our one and only aim was to make Kos again popular for its wine! We know that in order to make a good wine you have to garden the vineyard properly. We make our wine by our own grapes which grow in two big vineyards, one at the foothills of mountain Dikeos and one in Kardamena.Kos presents an appropriate climate for growing vineyards and the local varieties that we produce are: Athiri, Asyrtiko and Malagouzia.As for the foreign ones these are: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache Rouge, Syrah, Tempranillo, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc.
