Our location is ideal for those who would like to experience life in a small Greek sea-port village. We are located in the center of Diafani, which is a small fishing village in the northern part of the island of Karpathos. There is a supermarket located in the ground floor of Dorana, were you can purchase your everyday needs. We are a short walking distance from the harbour and several sea front restaurants. The nearest beach is only 50 meters away. The bus stop for Olympos, is only 20 meters away. Olympos is an unspoiled traditional village, were electricity arrived in 1980 and was featured in The National Geographic. In Olympos, the women dress in their authentic Karpathian outfit. It is their custom to wear it, no matter what part of the world they may live in.You will be able to explore the rest of this magnificent island with its picturesque beaches, majestic mountains and authentic villages

Dorana Studios is a family run business. It consists of 9 studios and one apartment. The studios have two to three beds, and the apartment has six beds. All of the rooms have a magnificent view of the ocean and the mountains. Our spacious rooms are well furnished with all the needed necessities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our well trained staff will clean your room and change your linen three times a week. Each unit has the following: Kitchenette. Refrigerator. Kitchen Utensils. Private bathroom. Large balcony.
