A modern house with 22 self catering units at only 100 meter from the best sandy beach of the town of Kos, 800 meter from the main harbour.


Information:

Reception area

(staffed 24 hours!) With Bar and small lounge by the entrance.

Ground floor

With 2 double one-room studios, 1 two-room apartment for three persons and 1 two-room apartment wit separate kitchen for three persons.

1st floor

With 5 one-room studios for two persons, 1 two-room apartment for three persons, 1 three-room apartment for 5 persons and 1 two room apartment with separate kitchen for 4 persons.

2nd floor

Is identical to the 1st one (8 units in total).

Terrace:

1 one-room studio for two persons with spacious terrace for itself.

All rooms very recently renovated, fully equipped, with individual air-conditioning unit (rented on the spot at daily € 5.00). Cleaning every second day and change of linen every three days. Safes to rent at the Reception.


Sport:

Water sports at the beach (100 m).
