Location: We welcome you to the hotel Porto Potha, on the little rocky island of Telendos.
Telendos was once connected to Kalymnos.
Telendos was formed by an earthquake in 554 AC which created an 800 meter wide water channel, separating Telendos from Kalymnos.
However, Telendos has always being part of Kalymnos and the water channel has protected Telendos from pollution and car emissions as there are no cars on the island.
Info: Porto Potha Hotel is a family run hotel. It has together 20 rooms, 12 of them are "bed and breakfast" and the other 8 are studios.
The hotel is set on the little island of Telendos on the hillside in quiet secluded location.
The hotel is open from April till October.
