Four villas named of the Greek Mythology (Phaeton, Prometheus, Princess Europe and Calypso) each with 4 to 6 beds are built in quiet location on a hill and on different levels overlooking the sea and the Islands of Kalymnos and Pserimos. White houses built in 2003 in Aegean Sea architectural style on a plot of 64 m², 300 m from the sandy beach. Very comfortable units and very well equipped for self-catering up to 6 persons.

Description and services:
Living room of 26 m² with a fench window opening to the terrace with sea view, a dining room and kitchenette with electric cooker, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee boiler, toaster and dishwasher. Radio-CD-Cassette recorder is available in each Villa, which consists of a sea view bedroom with matrimonial bed and private bathroom with shower & WC and another hill view bedroom with twin beds. Separate bathroom & WC with hair dryer fixed on the wall.
Terrace of 18 m² covered by pergola and equipped with table, garden chairs, deckchairs and barbecue. Parking space for one private car behind each Villa.
Special welcome by the owners: Fruits and mineral water and, in case of late arrival, everything is prepared for next morning’s breakfast! Baby cot and baby chair are available for babies (babysitter upon previous request).
Towels are changed every second day and sheets twice a week. Beach towels are not provided and pets are not allowed.
The owner of KOS VILLAS, Mr. Leonidas, invites his guests for a welcome barbecue with Greek specialities, while all public areas and facilities of the superb newly built HORIZON BEACH HOTEL (5*, 200 m from the Villas) are at the disposal of Villa’s guests.
